Beyonce actually works out for that body, Nicki is fake fake fake. I know this because I’ve been following her since 2007 before she really blew up & trust me, she’s had some work done.
First, aerobic exercises will help burn fat fast!
Do pilates or intense yoga to tone those muscles! Lean & sexy.
Then, lots of squats & glute exercises to firm & lift your butt. It will become rounder and shaplier.

No nasty foods! White foods–sugar, starch, pastas–are your enemy!
