Question by James: Do you think Miley Cyrus/Hannah Montana is a lip synching poser or a naturally talented star?
I think Miley Cyrus fakes and dosen’t even sing, but I want to know what ya’lll think. I think she uses a body double and lip syncs.

I think she lip syncs. I don’t like her, and never have.

Just because people hate her does not mean shes fake. Not saying shes preety or anything but just cause people hate her doesn’t make them any better!
Okay, first of all, yes she does. She’s being taped for TV, so it’s only expected that she does. She does it over and over again until they get a perfect video… why would she sing it a hundred times? She’d kill her voice!

You know, sometimes it seems that with some of her songs she can belt it out perfectly, and you can tell she’s not lip syncing. But other times it sounds like the song she’s singing is perfectly clear; like it just came off the CD. Right then you can tell she’s lip syncing it.
And yes, there’s tons of proof that she’s using another person dressed as herself while she buys some time at some of her concerts.
Kenny Ortega, the choreographer for the Hannah Montana and Miley Cyrus: Best of Both World Concert said that they would have some “Illusions fun” with the audience, and Miley agreed to doing it.

Either way, does it really matter? At the end of the day, her voice is horrendous and her so-called “music” is about as deep as a puddle. I could never understand why the world is so fascinated by someone so naturally untalented and worthless. There are better things to pay attention to in life…things that actually matter in the real world and are more worthy of global attention than a dumb show about a stupid little girl with DID (multiple personality disorder) :p
If you listen to Hannah Montana 2: Meet Miley Cyrus cd and then listen to her Hannah Montana best of both worlds cd you can tell she doesn’t lip sync. She is a talented singer.

She doesn’t lip sync, its really live. After her concert tour last fall, her voice was worn out for a couple of months, so thats why it sound different than normal. She only used the body double so she had time to switch from hannah to Miley. And once that got to the media, she changed the order of the show so they didn’t use the body double anymore.

well to me i think that she has real talent. i mean all her concerts do sell out of ticket very quickly and she did do some live performances also. she sound great on live shows.

I personally don’t think girls should wear bikinis in the first place. I’m a girl myself, and contrary to popular belief, sexual objectification of girls is not empowering but degrading.
Second, some girls may well have bad intent when they go to the beach in bikinis. But usually, they aren’t advertising themselves in the way Miley is in this video: they’re wearing what they’re told to wear, and what seems more convenient for swimming in water,
